The old surface comes out. We grade for drainage and compact the specified stone base. Preparation is matched to the site and proposed work.

How much does a new asphalt driveway cost?
It depends on size, how much excavation and base work the site needs, and whether you add an apron or border. We give a written price after a free site visit. Financing through HFS Financial is available.
Do you offer free estimates?
Yes. Fernando visits the property, walks it with you and puts the proposal in writing. No charge, no pressure.

Yes. Pisa Paving, Inc. is licensed in Westchester County (WC-36148-H23), Putnam County (PC-51761) and Yonkers (YC-8105), and fully insured.
What areas do you serve?
Dutchess, Putnam, Westchester, Rockland, Orange, Ulster and Columbia counties in New York, plus Fairfield County, Connecticut. We are based in Cold Spring, NY.
When is paving season in the Hudson Valley?
Roughly April through November, depending on the weather. Hot mix asphalt needs warm ground and dry days. Masonry and drainage work can run longer.
How long does a driveway take?
Most residential driveways are excavated and paved in one to three days. If the ground needs time to settle after excavation, we wait, as we did for one customer in our reviews, because a driveway paved over fresh fill will sink.
