Driveway Resurfacing That Looks Like New for Less

If the base under your driveway is still solid, you don't need to tear it all out. We mill or clean the surface, fix the failed spots, and lay a fresh course of asphalt on top.

What you get

What goes into our resurfacing & repair

  • Honest assessment first

Resurfacing is only worth it over a sound base. We probe the soft spots and tell you whether an overlay will hold or whether you're throwing money at a driveway that needs replacement.

  • Real repairs under the new surface

Sunken aprons, potholes and edge failures get cut out and rebuilt before the overlay, so they don't telegraph through the new asphalt.

  • Milling for a clean edge

Where the driveway meets a garage, walkway or road we mill the old surface down so the new course sits flush.

  • Fast turnaround

Most residential resurfacing jobs are done in a day or two.

The process

Inspection

We check the base, drainage and edges to confirm resurfacing is the right call.

Questions

Resurfacing & Repair FAQ

Resurfacing or replacement, which do I need?

If your driveway has a few cracks and a faded, rough surface but no sinking, resurfacing works. If it has alligator cracking over large areas, heaving, or drains toward the house, the base has failed and it should be replaced.

How much does resurfacing save compared to a new driveway?

It skips the excavation and base work, which is usually the biggest part of the job. We price both options on the site visit so you can compare.

Can you fix a sunken apron or a pothole without redoing everything?

Yes. Sunken aprons and potholes are common repairs for us, and they can be done on their own or ahead of a resurfacing.
